Variety of Classes: The classes include Yoga, Zumba, Strength & Stretch, and Bollywood, catering to different fitness preferences and levels. Accessibility: The classes are fully accessible, with options available for all fitness levels. Instructors are ready to assist with any accessibility accommodations needed. Free and Open to Everyone: Participation is open to all, and no registration, experience, or equipment is required. However, bringing a towel or yoga mat is recommended.
